Destination: Spitalfields Market, London

Being in central London on a Saturday afternoon means only one thing - shopping time.

As I was round the corner to Spitalfields Market for the second session of my scriptwriting course, I couldn't resist having a wander round the savvy stalls and (of course) the gorgeous MAC shop.

Here's what I bought...

Dolly Dinky Pastel Polo Necklace (£15)

Before you ask, I don't think the polos are real; however, one thing's for sure, they are SO god damn cute on this necklace.

Dolly Dinky Lime Green Adjustable Bow Ring (£5)

Neon eat your heart out. This ring would go perfectly with the Models Own Neon nail polish collection and will be by Spring/Summer staple.

Dolly Dinky jewellery is available to order online here.

MAC Satin Lipstick in Rebel (£14)

I love purple lipsticks and I have wanted to take the plunge and go for a deeper shade than my usual mid-violet picks. So I took this beauty for a test run and was really pleased with the results. Surprisingly, it actually came out much lighter and pinky on the lips, which just reminded me never to be put off by the colour first seen on the tester. I love this one a lot!

Do you like costume jewellery? What do you think of this MAC lipstick? xxx

And that lipstick looks a stunning colour, I'm not brave enough for a dark purple :)

  3. You got some cute items! I love the ring!

Spitalfields is really close to my work, its thankfully a little too far to go there on my lunch break which is good as else I would be very poor! I do sometimes go there for dinner and drinks after work and occasionally at the weekend for a little look around.

Have you ever been to Brick Lane? That is very close and worth exploring next time you are in the area

I'm absolutely loving the ring - what dainty hands you have.
If I was a man, I can imagine that I'd like to put a ring on that sometime soon ;)
